Some careers involve good organization skills and countless meetings. You may know how to strike a good deal, but organizing your schedule can be a different matter. This can be done easier and faster with Appointments Book Pro. It offers everything you need to manage your goods, sales, contacts and much more. You can then set up appointments, using all the information you have added to the program's database.

The size of the installation kit can be handled by most Internet connections. When you are done with the setup wizard, you may have to wait a bit longer, because it will need to download the software's contents. It may be a bit slow, but the software does not require additional services or settings, so the installation process will be smooth.

The software displays your meetings in a table of contents, on the main area of its interface. Its columns represent people or places and each line represents half of an hour. With the aid of toolbar buttons, you can switch to a day view, a week, month or a bi-month view. Before setting up an appointment, you must insert a person's contact details and other information into the software's database.

Contact details can be added on a tabbed window, after clicking the Resources button on the toolbar. Besides basic information, like name, phone number, address and so on, you can insert that person's picture, attach web links or files and set up his roster, so you will know when he or she is available. The roster is a table of contents where you can specify if that person is available or not on a certain day of the week and on what time interval. The information you can add on this window does not have to be just a contact. You can also use the available fields to describe a place for the meeting.

To set up an appointment, you need to click the table of contents and insert various information in a new window. First, you have to insert one or more resources to a list. Clicking the Add button will bring up a list of the created resources and you only need to click one of them to add it. The same can be done with other lists on this window. Customers, goods or services, comments and attachments can be added in separate lists.

The appointment will be displayed as a box, with a color of your choosing, on the table of contents. According to what time interval you set for the appointment, the box will be larger or smaller. If you hover with your mouse cursor over an appointment, a small box will appear next to it, with the duration of the meeting, the person's name, his phone number and picture, if you have one.

Appointments Book Pro comes with many other features for managing your sales, goods and services, customers, keeping track of SMS messages and many more. All of them can be accessed on separate windows, after clicking the options on the toolbar. The information you add using these tools can be used later on to set up appointments.

Pros

The program's interface is very well designed and organized, making it easy to use any feature. Flexibility is one of its strengths as well. You can insert various business related information and manage it in a comfortable way.

Cons

The installation process may take longer than expected. Managing your important meetings can be much easier with Appointments Book Pro. Using its complete array of flexible tools, you will have a clear and detailed picture on the person you have to meet and what you need to talk about.
